Class A splice: 1.0ℓd (but not less than 12 in)
Class B splice: 1.3ℓd
Class C splice: 1.7ℓd

Compression Lap Splice Length (25.5.5)
Compression lap splice length = (0.0005fy)db (for fy ≤ 60,000 psi)
= (0.0009fy – 24)db (for fy > 60,000 psi)
Minimum length = 12 in.
