How the blend is calculated
Total parts = sum of all herb parts
Weight of each herb = (herb parts) Γ (grams per part)
Percentage = (herb parts) / (total parts) Γ 100%
Example: 2.5 parts Ashwa + 2 parts Rhodiola = 4.5 total parts.
With 1 g/part: Ashwa 2.5g (55.6%), Rhodiola 2g (44.4%).
Daily intake note
Typical adaptogen dosage
Most adaptogens are used in the range of 1β5g per day. A common starting blend is 3g total. Use the βgrams per partβ to scale your blend accordingly. Always consult a healthcare professional.
