How we calculate
% RDA = (your intake / recommended intake) × 100
RDA based on Institute of Medicine (IOM) for age/gender/pregnancy. Vitamin D adjusted for sun exposure (low=1×, medium=0.75×, high=0.5× RDA).
Vitamin A: 900 mcg men, 700 mcg women (adults). Pregnancy +70, lactation +600.
Vitamin D: 15 mcg (19-70y), 20 mcg (>70y).
Vitamin E: 15 mg all adults.
Vitamin K: 120 mcg men, 90 mcg women.
