Volume (cubic yards) = (Length × Width × (Depth/12)) / 27 × (1 + Compaction Factor)
Weight (tons) = Volume × Material Density (lbs/cubic yard) ÷ 2000
Total Cost = (Weight × Price per Ton) + Delivery Cost. Always round up to account for compaction and uneven surfaces.
