HOMA-IR (Homeostatic Model Assessment)

Formula: HOMA-IR = (Fasting Glucose (mg/dL) × Fasting Insulin (μU/mL)) / 405
Example: Glucose = 95 mg/dL, Insulin = 8 μU/mL → (95 × 8) / 405 = 1.88

QUICKI (Quantitative Insulin Sensitivity Check Index)

Formula: QUICKI = 1 / [log(Fasting Glucose) + log(Fasting Insulin)]
Example: Glucose = 95, Insulin = 8 → 1 / [log(95) + log(8)] = 0.36

Insulin Sensitivity Index (ISI)
